About this role

Provides physical-therapy treatment under a licensed physical therapist’s plan of care; guides therapeutic exercise, mobility, gait, and functional activities; monitors patient response; documents treatment; and supports inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical-therapist-assistant program; active Texas PTA license; BLS certification; ability to perform patient transfers and physical treatment tasks; and availability for variable PRN coverage. Acute-care or outpatient experience is preferred.
