About this role

Day to day operations manager of a 3 unit short term rental property. Job to begin around January 2027. Duties include, but not limited to: - Handling maintenance requests/ guest issues - Cleaning and turning over units after guests leave - Ensuring the property is well taken care of - Restocking disposable goods - Being a kind voice and a welcoming presence to our wonderful guests! Pay Structure: We are open to various pay structures based on qualified applicant's needs and desires. For example, we will consider both hourly/ salary wages as well as housing/ RV setups in lieu of monetary payment.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors, including lifting up to 50lbs. Excellent communication skills Fast and professional responses and the ability to take action effectively
