Provides day-shift nursing care in women’s services, including maternal and newborn assessment, labor support, medication administration, fetal and patient monitoring, education, discharge planning, emergency response, and coordination with physicians and the care team.

Requirements

Active Texas RN license; BLS required, with NRP, fetal-monitoring, ACLS, or obstetric certifications as required by the employer; labor-and-delivery, postpartum, or women’s-health experience preferred; and ability to respond to obstetric emergencies.
