Installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots hospital network, workstation, connectivity, and related technology systems; responds to user tickets; maintains documentation and equipment; supports secure access and system availability; and escalates complex issues as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of relevant technology or network-support experience; knowledge of PCs, networking, cabling, troubleshooting, and common operating systems; strong customer-service skills; and ability to work onsite and respond to urgent support needs.
