Performs preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital and clinic facilities, responding to work orders involving building systems, equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds, and safety issues while documenting completed work and supporting emergency needs.

General maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in a hospital or regulated environment; ability to troubleshoot and safely use tools and equipment; physical ability to lift, climb, and work in varied conditions; valid driver’s license; and availability for call or irregular hours as needed.
