Directs inpatient and outpatient physical-therapy services, including clinical quality, staffing, scheduling, productivity, regulatory compliance, budgeting, equipment, documentation standards, and coordination with physicians and other care teams. May also provide patient care as needed.

Current Texas physical-therapist license; degree from an accredited physical-therapy program; substantial clinical experience with leadership responsibility; knowledge of hospital and rehabilitation regulations, billing, and quality standards; and strong staff-development and operational skills.
