Prepares pizzas to recipe and build-chart standards; readies dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients; monitors inventory; communicates orders; maintains ovens and station sanitation; labels and rotates ingredients using FIFO; and supports specials and new menu items.
Pizza, line-cook, or food-preparation experience preferred; ability to follow recipes, operate commercial ovens and kitchen equipment, maintain food-safety standards, work efficiently during peak service, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
