About this role
Prepares vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other ingredients according to recipes, production levels, and portion standards; checks pars and freezer pulls; labels, dates, rotates, and stores food; monitors shortages; maintains a clean station; and supports line and banquet production.
Requirements
Food-preparation or kitchen experience preferred; ability to follow recipes and production lists, safely use knives and equipment, maintain sanitation and temperature controls, lift kitchen supplies, and work efficiently during varied shifts.
