About this role

Provides daily direct care for shelter animals, including feeding, cleaning, laundry, indoor and outdoor facility sanitation, continuous observation, behavior and health documentation, Fear Free handling, customized enrichment, and team coordination to prepare pets for successful adoption.

Strong commitment to humane animal care and strict procedures; ability to assess and prioritize animal needs, work safely with groups and individual pets, perform basic computer data entry, lift about 40 pounds, bend and kneel throughout the day, and commute or relocate to Fort Davis.
