About this role
Prepares ingredients and menu items, follows recipes and portion standards, sets up and stocks stations, monitors food quality and temperature, labels and rotates products, maintains kitchen sanitation, assists with receiving and inventory, and supports efficient service throughout full-time shifts.
Requirements
Kitchen or food-preparation experience preferred; ability to safely use knives and commercial equipment, follow food-safety and sanitation procedures, stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and work full-time evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
