About this role
Provides first-level technical support for resort employees and operations, including workstations, printers, user accounts, point-of-sale and hospitality systems, connectivity, cabling, and basic network issues. Documents requests, deploys equipment, troubleshoots problems, and escalates complex incidents.
Requirements
Entry-level IT support, help-desk, or technical training; knowledge of Windows computers, hardware, peripherals, networking, and common business applications; strong customer-service and documentation skills; ability to lift and install equipment; and availability for operational support outside standard hours.
