About this role
Greets guests, manages reservations and seating, distributes menus, coordinates table assignments with servers, answers questions, processes payments when assigned, monitors the dining room, assists with guest concerns, and completes opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements
Strong guest-service and communication skills; ability to work in a high-energy restaurant environment, use a point-of-sale or reservation system, stand for extended periods, and work nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, or double shifts as scheduled.
