About this role

Welcomes guests, manages reservations, check-in and checkout, payments, room assignments, phone and email inquiries, local recommendations, guest requests, and shift records while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to provide a smooth hotel experience.

Requirements

Hospitality, front-desk, or customer-service experience preferred; strong communication, organization, computer, and cash-handling skills; ability to work independently and protect guest information; and availability for part-time evenings, weekends, and holidays.
