About this role

Performs year-round preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general upkeep across resort buildings, guest areas, grounds, and systems. Responds to work orders and may assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, equipment, and construction-related tasks.

General maintenance background required; hospitality maintenance and construction experience preferred; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work indoors and outdoors, and work nights, weekends, and holidays; English communication skills required.
