Completes repairs and preventive maintenance in employee housing; assists with move-in and move-out inspections, unit readiness, work orders, safety checks, and occasional resident well-being checks; and communicates respectfully with employees while working independently or with the maintenance team.
General residential maintenance experience; dependable and self-directed work habits; ability to use tools safely, perform physical repairs, and communicate with residents; valid driver’s license and access to transportation strongly encouraged due to the remote location.
