Leads and supports daily customer-service operations, assists customers with accounts and service questions, troubleshoots routine technical issues, coaches team members, coordinates with internal departments, resolves escalations, and helps improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Customer-service, technical-support, or operations experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred; strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a valid, insurable driver’s license.
