About this role
Maintains, diagnoses, services, rebuilds, and repairs commercial cooking, bakery, refrigeration, propane, gas, and electrical equipment throughout the resort. Performs preventive maintenance, documents work, manages safe storage of materials, and helps keep kitchens and food venues continuously operational.
Requirements
Demonstrated commercial kitchen-equipment, refrigeration, electrical, gas, or appliance-repair experience; strong mechanical troubleshooting; ability to read technical information and maintain records; knowledge of safety requirements; and ability to perform physical work and respond to urgent equipment failures.
