Sets up and stocks the bar, prepares and serves beverages according to recipes and portion standards, promotes specials, processes checks accurately, maintains sanitation and inventory, and provides friendly, timely service consistent with resort standards.
Previous bartending experience required; experience with Micros or another point-of-sale system preferred; knowledge of responsible alcohol service; ability to work year-round nights, weekends, and holidays; and required Texas alcohol-service certification.
