About this role
Supports gift-shop operations by greeting guests, explaining and recommending products, processing sales, returns, and exchanges, opening and closing the store, stocking and merchandising displays, organizing the backroom, assisting with inventory counts, packaging purchases, and maintaining a clean retail environment.
Requirements
Retail or customer-service experience preferred; dependable attendance; accurate cash-handling and point-of-sale skills; ability to work independently, stock merchandise, and stand for extended periods; and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
