Maintains school buildings, grounds, athletic areas, equipment, and related systems; completes preventive maintenance and work orders; performs custodial, landscaping, painting, carpentry, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks; and supports safe, clean facilities for students and staff.
Requirements
General maintenance and grounds experience; ability to use tools and equipment safely, perform physical and outdoor work, follow work orders, and respond to urgent facility needs; valid driver’s license; and district-required background checks.
