Prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, welcomes guests, explains beverage offerings, processes orders and payments, stocks and cleans the bar, follows recipes and responsible-service procedures, and coordinates with servers and kitchen staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.
