Assist the Road Crew with road maintenance, equipment operation, and general labor to help maintain roads and infrastructure throughout Terlingua Ranch.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs. and use hand tools safely Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Experience in construction, landscaping, or heavy equipment is a plus, but not required
