Teaches welding and related career-and-technical coursework through classroom and hands-on lab instruction; develops students’ skills in processes, equipment, blueprint reading, measurement, fabrication, and workplace safety; maintains the shop; and supports industry credentials and work-based learning.
Texas CTE teaching certification or eligibility based on required industry experience and credentials; demonstrated welding and fabrication expertise; strong safety and instructional skills; ability to maintain tools and equipment; and district-required background verification.
