About this role

Provides comprehensive primary and preventive care, including histories, examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, chronic-disease care, minor procedures within scope, referrals, patient education, and accurate electronic health-record documentation.

Requirements

Current Texas license and board certification or eligibility appropriate to MD, DO, PA, or family nurse practitioner practice; DEA registration and prescriptive authority as applicable; BLS certification; ability to credential with health plans; and commitment to rural, team-based patient care.
